1. Global Shipping Availability

We offer worldwide shipping to ensure our products reach practitioners and beauty enthusiasts regardless of their geographic location, subject to local customs regulations regarding medical and aesthetic goods.

2. Processing Times

  • Handling Time: All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders submitted after 2:00 PM (CET – Rome) will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Confirmation: Once your order is processed and leaves our partner logistics hub, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number.

3. Estimated Delivery Schedules

  • Express Courier Shipping: Approximately 3–7 business days (recommended for sensitive products).

  • Standard International Shipping: Approximately 6–14 business days (available only for non-perishable skincare devices and topicals).

Note: Due to our centralized third-party logistics model, items within a single order may occasionally be shipped separately to ensure the fastest possible transit based on stock allocation.

4. Shipping Costs

We believe in straightforward pricing. We offer a flat shipping rate of €19 on every order, regardless of the destination. The price you see at checkout is the final price for the product and its delivery to your door.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

As Fillix operates internationally, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country.

  • These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Fillix is not responsible for transit delays caused by customs clearance procedures or the payment of these local fees. We strongly advise checking your local regulations regarding the import of aesthetic products before ordering.

6. Our Logistics Network

To maintain high standards and quick delivery, we partner with a curated selection of reliable global couriers, including:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • Regional Postal Services (Used strictly for non-sensitive skincare devices and topicals).

The specific carrier is selected based on your location and the specific requirements of the product (such as handling needs) to optimize delivery speed and safety.

7. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s portal will be emailed to you as soon as your package departs the warehouse. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of your purchase, please contact our support team.

8. Delivery Challenges

If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of the package:

  • The shipment may be returned to the origin warehouse.

  • Any costs associated with the return or re-shipping may be deducted from your final refund.

9. Modifying Your Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your address, please notify us at info@fillix.shop within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered the shipping phase, we are unable to redirect it.

10. Damaged or Incomplete Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Since we deal with professional medical-grade products, integrity is everything. If the packaging appears compromised or items are missing:

  • Refuse the delivery if the damage is visible externally, or

  • Accept it but mark the courier’s receipt as “Damaged” and contact us immediately with photographic evidence.

11. Order Cancellations

  • Pre-Shipment: If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we will process a full refund immediately upon request.

  • Post-Shipment: If the order is already in transit, you must follow our Return Policy once the item arrives.

12. Important Notices

  • Holidays: Processing and deliveries do not occur on Italian Public Holidays. Orders placed during these times will be handled on the next working day.

  • Split Shipments: Due to logistics optimization, items in the same order may arrive in different packages on different days.
