This policy has been established to provide clear and fair procedures for returns and refunds, ensuring full compliance with Google Merchant Center standards and EU Consumer Protection laws.

1. 14-Day Return Window

You have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Hygiene & Safety: For health protection and hygiene reasons, medical devices, skin boosters, and dermal fillers that have been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery are not eligible for return (pursuant to Art. 59 of the EU Consumer Code regarding sealed goods).

  • The product must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original sealed packaging with all protective seals, tags, and labels intact.

  • Returns must be pre-authorized via email at info@fillix.shop.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please send an email to info@fillix.shop including:

  • Order Number (e.g., #FIL1234).

  • Reason for the return.

  • High-quality photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping instructions for our logistics facility. Note: Items sent back to us without a prior RMA number will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For ā€œchange of mindā€ returns on eligible products, the cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. You may use the tracked courier of your choice.

  • Our Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the incorrect product, Fillix will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any additional fees to process your return.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or is defective, please notify us immediately at info@fillix.shop. We will expedite a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference. Please include photographic evidence to help us resolve the issue quickly.

5. Exchanges

We facilitate exchanges specifically for:

  • Items that arrived damaged or defective.

  • Incorrect products sent by error. For exchange requests, please contact us at info@fillix.shop.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our designated logistics facility:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the goods and intact seals.

  • Approved Refunds: The credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: It typically takes 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Fillix error.

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Re-check your bank account or credit card statement.

  • Contact your financial institution; processing times can vary.

  • If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at info@fillix.shop.
